The CLIDE International Master 2026 is a joint international master’s programme designed for students who want to build leadership skills for culturally diverse and technology-driven environments. It brings together partner universities in Poland, Spain, Austria, Ukraine, and Morocco, while offering a structured mobility pathway, an internship, and a master’s thesis within one 120 ECTS degree.

Program Overview

The programme starts in the first week of September with a joint integration week at Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń, Poland. After that, all students begin the first semester at the University of Granada in Spain.

From the second semester, students choose one of two professional tracks. Track 1, Leading Intercultural Teams, continues in Steyr, Austria, and then moves to the Simon Kuznets Kharkiv National University of Economics, with third-semester teaching delivered on-site at NCU Toruń due to current circumstances. Track 2, Leadership in the Digital Era, continues at NCU Toruń in the second semester and at the University Hassan II of Casablanca in the third semester. The fourth semester is reserved for the internship and the master’s thesis at NCU Toruń. In addition, a Summer School takes place at the end of the first academic year.

All Erasmus Mundus students must meet the mobility requirement of studying in at least two countries that are different from their country of residence. The application is submitted only to Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń, which serves as the coordinating university of the programme.

Application Process

First, applicants are advised to begin diploma validation through the NAWA SYRENA system. The website notes that this step is free of charge, but the waiting time for a decision may take up to 60 days. If the NAWA KWALIFIKATOR system shows that an individual decision is required, the applicant must submit that request through the SYRENA portal.

Then, applicants submit their CLIDE application through the recruitment portal once it opens. The application form includes personal data, education, language skills, professional experience, and track preference.

Selection Process

After the documents are verified and evaluated, approximately 60 to 80 applicants will be invited to an interview. During the interview stage, the committee assesses motivation and leadership knowledge.

Each year, the programme aims to admit around 20 to 30 candidates, including about 12 Erasmus Mundus scholarship holders and about 12 tuition-free applicants who do not receive the Erasmus Mundus scholarship. After the deadline, scholarship applications are ranked, and awards go to the highest-ranking candidates. A reserve list is also maintained.
