2. Regulatory Genomics and Diabetes
Project: CRISPR interference screening platform in human pancreatic beta cells.
The project aims to establish a CRISPR interference screening platform for studying genes involved in pancreatic beta-cell function and diabetes.
The selected student will receive training in molecular cloning, lentiviral production, cell culture, and single-cell sequencing technologies.
Eligible applicants: Undergraduate students with backgrounds in Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Genetics, or related life sciences disciplines.
Basic knowledge of molecular cloning, cell culture, and genetics is desirable but not mandatory. The project provides training in the relevant experimental techniques.
3. Single Cell Genomics and Evolution
