Residency Periods

Eligibility for Japan TOKAS International Creators Program 2027
Applicants from all countries are eligible. The source gives the following requirements for each track:
• International Creator Residency Program: applicants must reside outside Japan, have 5 years or more of experience in their specialized area, and have sufficient English communication skills.
