Residency Periods

Eligibility for Japan TOKAS International Creators Program 2027
Applicants from all countries are eligible. The source gives the following requirements for each track:
• International Creator Residency Program: applicants must reside outside Japan, have 5 years or more of experience in their specialized area, and have sufficient English communication skills. Duo applications are allowed if at least one creator resides outside Japan. Students are not eligible, except PhD candidates.
