• They are enrolled in undergraduate or graduate studies and receive a university stipend at least equivalent to the applicable minimum appointment level, as confirmed through an official university letter.
Students in the fifth year or higher of an undivided degree programme may also fall under the graduate-programme condition stated by the World Bank Group.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must satisfy the general WBG Pioneers eligibility conditions.
• Undergraduate applicants must be final-year students.
• Postgraduate applicants must currently be pursuing a master’s degree or PhD.
• Applicants must be fluent in English.
• Applicants must have between zero and six years of professional work experience.
• Applicants must be citizens of a World Bank Group member country.
