University College London (UCL) offers the prestigious UCL Global Masters Scholarship to support outstanding international students from lower-income backgrounds in pursuing full-time Master’s degrees. This scholarship is part of UCL’s International Masters Awards, aimed at increasing global access to postgraduate education.
Scholarship Benefits
Recipients receive:
- £15,000 toward tuition fees and living costs
- For two-year Master’s programs, the award is split evenly between the two years
- The scholarship can be combined with other funding, awards, or bursaries depending on total financial support
Eligibility
Applicants must:
- Be international students paying the overseas tuition rate
- Come from a lower-income background as defined by UCL
- Have submitted a complete application for a full-time Master’s program at UCL for 2026/27, including references
- Plan to study in person in the UK (distance learning not eligible)
