The Swedish Institute Impact Pioneers MENA Program 2026 is a fully funded leadership and professional development initiative designed for professionals working to strengthen entrepreneurship, innovation, and sustainable development ecosystems across the Middle East and North Africa. The program is organized by the Swedish Institute and combines online learning with an in-person networking week in Sweden.

Participants collaborate with peers, attend expert-led sessions, and develop practical projects aimed at improving their organization’s impact and supporting sustainable innovation.

  • Work in organizations that support entrepreneurship, innovation, or sustainability
  • Have a role that allows them to influence or develop ecosystem initiatives
  • Possess good English communication skills
  • Commit to completing all program components
