The Roche Scholarship 2026 is open for young leaders in the NHS who are working to promote sustainable innovation or health equity. The scholarship is offered through One Young World in partnership with Roche and will support 3 outstanding professionals working in the NHS to participate in the One Young World Summit 2026 in Cape Town, South Africa, from 3 to 6 November 2026.

Scholarship Benefits
Selected scholars will receive access to the One Young World Summit 2026 in Cape Town. They will also receive hotel accommodation in Cape Town in a private room from 2 to 6 November 2026 inclusive, the cost of travel to and from Cape Town in economy class, catering including breakfast, lunch, and dinner provided by the hotel and during the Summit, and the cost of transportation between the airport and hotel via public transport. The official page also notes that scholars must book their own flights and will be reimbursed.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must be aged 18 to 35 at the time of the One Young World Summit 2026. Nationals of all countries are eligible to apply, but applicants must be based in the United Kingdom and must hold a position in the NHS or in an organisation working in partnership with the NHS. The page also requires an understanding of key local and or global issues, a track record of generating impactful and innovative solutions, and a demonstrated commitment to sustainable innovation in healthcare. It further states that applications from those who will be under 18 at the time of the Summit cannot be accepted.
