The MPIA Summer Internship 2026 is a fully funded research internship organised by the Max Planck Institute for Astronomy (MPIA) in Germany. Eligibility Criteria

- Must remain enrolled and not graduate before the internship ends
- Show strong interest in astronomy, astrophysics, physics, computer science, engineering, or related fields
- Open to all nationalities, with encouragement for candidates from groups underrepresented in astronomy
Internship Duration
The programme runs for up to three months, typically scheduled between May and September 2026.
