Then, applicants must take part in one of the community shortlisting events on 12 May or 14 May 2026. Projects selected at that stage will be invited to submit a full application by 7 June 2026.

Final funding decisions will be announced on 22 June 2026. Selected projects should complete their activities by Autumn 2026 and submit documentation by December 2026.
