About Pear Fellows 2026–2027
Pear Fellows is an immersive apprenticeship designed to prepare students for careers in venture capital and entrepreneurship.
Each year, Pear selects a group of undergraduate, MBA, and PhD students to work closely with its team. The programme combines practical exposure, mentorship, education, and responsibility for venture-related activities.
