What Participants Can Expect
Live Week
The AGYLE Live Week will take place in Berlin, Germany, from 14 to 18 September 2026.
During this week, 40 young leaders from eight countries will come together for exchange and networking. Participants will engage with key stakeholders from business and politics, present business cases and best practices, and share their visions for sustainable impact.
Intercultural Collaboration
Participants will work alongside young leaders from Africa and Europe on real-world challenges related to GreenTech for Impact in an international setting.
Leadership Development
The program offers tailored formats designed to strengthen leadership capabilities, expand skills, and support personal and professional growth.
Long-Term Network

Eligibility
Applicants are considered a fit for AGYLE if they meet the following criteria:
Age
Applicants must be no older than 40 years of age.
Experience
Applicants must have at least 3 years of executive experience or have started their own business.
Country Background
Applicants must come from, or have worked for at least 5 years in, one of the following countries:
Ethiopia, Ghana, Kenya, Morocco, Rwanda, Senegal, Tunisia, Germany, or Austria.
Commitment
Applicants must be committed to creating a sustainable future.
Alumni Engagement
Applicants should be willing to become part of the AGYLE Alumni Network and play an active role.
