Program Overview
The 26th International AIDS Conference (AIDS 2026), organized by the International AIDS Society (IAS), is the world’s largest gathering on HIV/AIDS. With the theme “Rethink. Rebuild. Rise.”, the conference promotes global participation from researchers, healthcare professionals, advocates, and students. Scholarships are available for both in-person and virtual attendees.

Scholarship Benefits

In-Person Scholarship (Fully Funded):

  • Daily Subsistence Allowance (DSA) for meals and local expenses

Virtual Scholarship:

  • Full online registration and access to all live-streamed and recorded sessions

All Recipients Receive:

  • Two years of free IAS membership following the conference

Eligibility Criteria

  • Age: 18 years or older by 26 July 2026
  • Field Involvement: Actively working, volunteering, or studying in HIV-related fields
  • Priority Considerations:
    • Abstract presenters and workshop facilitators
    • Individuals from low- and middle-income countries (LMICs)
    • People from key populations and people living with HIV
    • Young/Early-career investigators (under 35 years old)
    • Applicants who have not previously received a scholarship for an International AIDS Conference
